Brad Marchand isn’t your average 25-year-old.

The Bruins left wing recently purchased a penthouse on Boston’s waterfront for $1.46 million, according to Boston Business Journal.

Located at 357 Commercial St. on Lincoln Wharf in one of Boston’s most sought-after neighborhoods, the 3,500-square-foot, three-bedroom condo comes with “a tree-lined 35-foot deck,” with views of downtown and the harbor.
