Chip Kelly‘s light-speed offense officially debuted at the NFL level Monday night, and it was every bit as speedy as advertised.

After receiving the opening kickoff, Kelly’s Eagles marched right down the field, reeling off nine plays in less than three minutes to set up a 1st-and-goal from the Washington 4-yard line.

The 10th play proved disastrous for Philadelphia, though, as Michael Vick‘s screen pass was batted down by Ryan Kerrigan and taken the final 75 yards to the house by DeAngelo Hall, giving the Redskins an early 7-0 lead.
