If you think driving a car at speeds upward of 200 mph sounds hard, try doing it on two wheels.
Drag racer Joey Severance was tasked with doing just that when his car lost control during the AAA Texas NHRA Fall Nationals over the weekend.
Midway through his race, Severance’s dragster slipped on the track and jackknifed sideways, balancing precariously with two wheels in the air for a full three seconds. A potentially catastrophic accident was avoided, however, as the driver was able to regain control of the vehicle, avoid his fellow racer and coast safely to the finish line.
