Illinois High School Wide Receiver Goes Vertical, Horizontal to Make Highlight-Reel Catch (Video)

If only high schoolers could play in the NFL.

The Patriots may consider giving Mike Dudek a call. The Naperville (Ill.) Neuqua Valley High receiver did what New England’s rookie receivers can’t do half the time: catch the ball. And he did so in spectacular fashion.

The University of Illinois commit went vertical and horizontal to bring in an incredible one-handed grab. Dudek went almost completely parallel to the ground, risking his body for the underthrown pass.
