The Jaguars, having lost hope to produce a winning season or fill their stadium, are now doing what they can to be the greatest punchline of the year.

The team announced a special on Wednesday, promising free beers for anyone buying tickets. Considering Jacksonville hasn’t competed much this season, much less won a game — and has some people thinking this may be an 0-16 crew — the move seemed reasonable enough, and it’s also a way for the Jags to keep some attention as their team lists heavily in just the fourth week of the season.
