Lionel Messi is probably the world’s most famous video-game soccer player, so it makes sense that he would drive a caravan of gamers to their destination.

The Barcelona and Argentina superstar headlines a star-studded commercial, which promotes EA Sports’ latest installment in the FIFA series. Javier “Chicharito” Hernandez, Tim Cahill, Stephan El Shaarawy and Gareth Bale are among the famous players to appear in the FIFA 14 commercial. Rapper and soccer fan Drake is in there, as well as a number of less famous actors who take on players and score virtual goals.

As in real life soccer, Messi leads the way. Earlier this year, the 26-year-old revealed that he often plays FIFA games online against opponents from around the world. He enjoys the fact that he does so anonymously. The new commercial may be trying to drive that point home.
