Mariano Rivera is headed out of the major leagues on top.
The Yankees closer is winding down on his final season in baseball, and it seems like fans are clamoring for memorabilia to remember him by. Rivera has the top-selling Major League Baseball jersey, according to NBC Sports. The right-hander reigns supreme over youngsters like Yasiel Puig, Manny Machado, Mike Trout and Bryce Harper.
Red Sox second baseman Dustin Pedrioa holds onto the No. 11 spot, and designated hitter David Ortiz comes in at No. 18.
Rivera is lauded as one of the greatest closers of all time, and heading into the final week of his 19-year career, he is 82-60 with 652 saves and 1,173 strikeouts.
