It was a unique sight in Chicago when Tigers superstar Miguel Cabrera was tossed during his first at-bat as the Tigers took on the White Sox.

The ejection came in just the first inning of the matchup when, in the second pitch of his at-bat, Miggy was hit on the knee by a wild pitch from Chris Sale. Home plate umpire Brian Gorman ruled that Cabrera had swung on the pitch and called it a strike.

Cabrera argued the call after sending the next pitch foul, and Gorman ejected him on the spot. Tigers manager Jim Leyland made his way out of the dugout to protest, and Gorman ended up sending him packing, as well.
