To say it was a busy week for the NESN Bruins broadcast team might be just a bit of an understatement.
Jack Edwards, Andy Brickley and Jamie Erdahl set out early Monday morning on a road trip with just one thing in mind: Getting Bruins fans ready for hockey season. As they quickly learned, though, there’s already plenty of excitement for the upcoming season.
The four-day tour made stops all across New England, as the gang visited Rhode Island, Connecticut, Maine and New Hampshire before Jack, Brick and Jamie returned Thursday night just in time to take in Bruins-Red Wings preseason action at TD Garden. Along the way, they were able to meet with Bruins fans all across the region to talk some hockey while also helping to do some good in the process.
