Peyton Manning Was Correct About Joe Kapp ‘Kicking the Crap Out of a Guy on YouTube’ (Video)

Peyton Manning is more than just really good at throwing footballs and making flapping gestures at the line of scrimmage. He also has a fairly impressive recall of football history, which he showed off Thursday night.

After passing for seven touchdowns in the Broncos’ season-opening victory over the Ravens, Manning was asked about becoming the first quarterback in 44 years to find the endzone that many times. Without being given any time to do a little research, Manning demonstrated that he not only knew the name of the last QB to do so, but also remembered a little dustup the senior signal-caller was involved in.

“Yeah, Joe Kapp, great Canadian quarterback out of Cal,” Manning said. “Kicked the crap out of a guy on YouTube a couple years ago.”

Sure enough, Kapp — whom Bill Cosby once compared to Tim Tebow — did exchange blows with Angelo Mosca at a CFL event a few years ago. Check it out in the video below.
