Michael VickAt least the good people of Philadelphia will get about four free cups of coffee out of this NFL season.

The Eagles went 4-12 last season, and with a new coach and virtually no new players of consequence, they figure to be just as bad this year. There is good news, though. Any time the Eagles happen to encounter an even more hapless opponent than themselves — San Diego, Tampa Bay, Oakland and Detroit seem like the best bets — their fans will score a free small coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts.

Fly, Eagles, fly — to DD’s for a free cup o’ joe. Then make a second stop at Wawa for a breakfast Shorti, because those are the best.

The Eagles open their 2013 season Monday night against the Redskins.
