Celtics fans are on pins and needles anticipating Rajon Rondo‘s return from a torn ACL. It appears Rondo is, too.
Rondo tweeted a photo of himself getting acupuncture on his right leg and surgically repaired right knee on Friday, in response to a fan’s question about how his day was going.
“It’s going,” Rondo responded.
Rondo suffered his knee injury in a double-overtime game in January and may have played part of regulation and both overtimes through the torn ligament. He underwent surgery in February and is expected to return to the court sometime in December.
