Allen IversonAllen Iverson‘s time on the court may be over, but his time in court is not quite complete.

In June, Iverson was threatened with jail time after failing to pay hisĀ $8,000-a-month child support payments for the five children he has with his ex-wife, Tawanna.

Iverson eventually handed over the $40,000 in back support that he owed, but his ex-wife doesn’t want to see history repeat itself.

According to TMZ, Tawanna has filed court documents asking a judge to make IversonĀ pay the lump sum of child support for the next 13 years upfront — until their youngest turns 18. All together, that total comes to $1.272 million, and she plans to put the money in a trust for the kids.

A court has yet to make a ruling.
