49ers Seahawks FootballThe 53-man roster got the job done in Seattle on Sunday night, posting a 29-3 win over the 49ers. The 12th man got its job done, too.

A fan group called Volume 12 announced Sunday via Facebook that it had reached a 131.9 decibel reading at the famously loud CenturyLink Field, according to The Associated Press. That means Sunday night’s feat is the new Guinness World Records mark for the “loudest stadium” — breaking the 131.76 decibels previously recorded in Turkey in 2011 during a Galatasaray SC-Fenerbahce soccer game.

It didn’t all go smoothly for Seattle fans on Sunday, though — one ill-timed whistle got the team off on the wrong foot before both the Hawks and the 12th man bounced back.
