Dodgers rookie outfielder Yasiel Puig is pretty good at everything he does. His home runs are moonshots, his outfield assists are lasers, and after video of the Dodgers’ postgame celebrations surfaced, it’s also evident he’s very good at crunches.

Even more important, though, are his dance moves. Before he and his teammates dove into the pool at Chase Field, Puig and a few fellow Dodgers engaged in a dance-off. Seeing as it’s Throwback Thursday in the social media world, Puig, 22, channeled his inner 12-year-old and took the legendary “worm” dance move out from its vault.

It’s usually not really cool to do the worm at a party, but just like most of the things he does, Puig wiggles with the best of them.

Check out his sweet dance moves in the GIF below.
