Andrew Ference lives in Edmonton now, and who knows where he will settle when his playing days are over. One thing is clear: Ference will always be a Bostonian.

After a near-decade in Boston, the veteran defenseman moved on and signed with the Edmonton Oilers this past summer. While he’s no longer with the Bruins, Ference still has his eye on Boston.

So when the Red Sox clinched the World Series on Wednesday night at Fenway Park, Ference was unsurprisingly excited. Apparently at some sort of Halloween party, and dressed as what looks to be a viking, Ference took in the final out and showed his excitement.

He tweeted this shortly after.
