Brian Scalabrine, ever ready to do whatever his team asks of him, appears to have taken the meaning of the word “Warrior” a bit too literally upon joining Golden State.
Scalabrine, new to the team this year, was on hand for media day last week, an activity that included him getting his photo taken. He obliged — wearing a little natural face paint in the form of a black eye.
Looks like Scal is holding his own out there on the West Coast.
