The Rays had just one day off between their victory over the Indians in the American League wild-card game on Wednesday and the ALDS opener Friday afternoon, but David Price wasn’t in any big hurry.
Joe Maddon‘s club headed straight to Boston after its 4-0 win in Cleveland (which itself came two days after a victory down in Texas in the wild-card tiebreaker), and Price, who is slated to start Game 2 at Fenway Park, decided to eschew motorized transportation as he navigated around the city on Thursday.
