On Friday, Forbes released its Forbes Fab 40 — a list of the world’s most valuable sports brands.
NESN, which was ranked No. 9 in 2012 with a brand value of $500 million, jumped up to No. 8 this year with a brand value of $510 million.
The Forbes Fab 40 “consists of the 10 most valuable sports brands in each of four categories: businesses, events, teams and athletes,” Mike Ozanian writes.
Among the seven brands finishing ahead of NESN this year were Nike, YES, Sky Sports and Under Armour. For a complete list click here.
