Aaron Dobson’s Status for Sunday Against Texans in Doubt After Missing Three Days of Patriots Practice With Foot Injury

Nolan Carroll, Aaron DobsonFOXBORO, Mass. — Alfonzo Dennard got Thanksgiving off.

The second-year cornerback was back at practice on Friday, though. Dennard is dealing with a knee injury. He played in the first half of Sunday night’s game but didn’t come back in after limping off the field after Peyton Manning threw a touchdown to Jacob Tamme in the second quarter.

Aaron Dobson, Michael Hoomanawanui and Marcus Cannon were missing from practice. Dobson has a foot injury, Hoomanawanui has a knee ailment and Cannon hurt his ankle against the Broncos.

Dobson, Hoomanawanui and Cannon missed all three days of practice this week. That means we likely won’t see them on Sunday in Houston. That likely means more playing time for Kenbrell Thompkins, Matthew Mulligan and Will Svitek.
