While no one likely saw the New York Jets’ Saturday night visit to Dave & Busters before their divisional matchup with the Buffalo Bills as a great sign of prudence, the Bills’ 37-14 thrashing of the visiting team Sunday was an especially nice touch in sending that message.

The Jets, though a surprising 5-4 this season going into Sunday’s game, haven’t exactly been rolling this year, so the team’s decision to spend the night before a game at such a public, party-going place immediately raised some eyebrows. It also apparently stoked the fire of the 3-7 Bills, who have some talent but have also had plenty of mountains to climb this year.

Kimberly Jones of NFL Network reports that Buffalo was aware of New York’s pregame activities.

The Bills also had a final message for their AFC East foes.
