A Duke towel boy saw his life flash before his eyes on Monday night as the youngster came scarily close to getting steamrolled by a UNC Asheville player during a fast break. Out near the three-point line, the ball boy was innocently doing his job before he had to turn on the jets — no doubt impressing Coach K in the process — and get the heck out the way of forward Sam Hughes who was streaking down the court after intercepting a pass.
Stumbling only slightly over the area he was wiping up, the towel boy did his best Usain Bolt impression, frantically sprinting to the baseline and ensuring that his television debut was a pretty spectacular one.
