NESN’s coverage of 2013-14 Hockey East action begins Saturday, Nov. 16 when the No. 3 Providence Friars travel north to take on the Vermont Catamounts.

The Friars have been one of college hockey’s top teams this season with a 7-1-1 record through nine games. Providence has opened conference play at 3-1 so far, but a road game in Vermont is no easy challenge. The Catamounts are 3-3-1 overall and 2-2 in Hockey East play, but they are not an easy team to play against because of their impressive offensive skill and size.

Coverage of Providence-Vermont on NESN begins at 6:30 p.m. ET on Saturday night.
