FOXBORO, Mass. — The Patriots added some help at wide receiver.
New England signed LaQuan Williams to the 53-man roster, according to a source. The signing was first reported by Aaron Wilson of The Baltimore Sun. Williams was previously with the Baltimore Ravens.
Williams has four career receptions for 46 yards. He also has six career kick returns for 114 yards.
Williams worked out for the Patriots in October. The Patriots also signed running back Cierre Wood, according to a source. He will join the team’s practice squad after Josh Kline was moved up to the 53-man roster last week.
