Kevin Huber was forced to leave Sunday night’s game against the Steelers after taking a devastating hit.
The Bengals punter was on the receiving end of a crushing blow while trying to stop Antonio Brown on a return during the first period. Pittsburgh linebacker Terence Garvin delivered the massive hit, which sent the unsuspecting Huber crashing violently to the turf, where he laid in pain for a few moments.
Huber was able to walk off the field under his own power, but he was not unscathed on the play, as he was attempting to cover his bloody mouth while making his way to the locker room. The Bengals announced that he was leaving the game with a “dental injury,” but they have since declared that he suffered a fractured jaw on the gruesome play.
