Brandon SpikesFOXBORO, Mass. — Brandon Spikes has returned.

The Patriots linebacker was back at practice after missing Wednesday’s session for non-injury-related reasons. Alfonzo Dennard was missing from practice, though it did not have to do with the knee injury he’s been nursing.

Dennard is in court on Thursday and Friday for a probation sentencing stemming from a July arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence, according to the Boston Herald. Dennard landed on probation after being found guilty in February of punching a police officer in April 2012.

Dobson is still dealing with an injured foot, and Cannon has an ankle injury. Austin Collie was at practice wearing No. 10 after being signed Thursday morning.
