The Bruins took a 1-0 first-period lead against the Canadiens in Thursday night’s game in Montreal with a goal from center Gregory Campbell.

The play started with Bruins forward Milan Lucic getting the puck in the neutral zone from a pass by Dennis Seidenberg and exploding into the attacking zone with speed. He was able to draw Canadiens defenseman Andrei Markov toward him, and then made a nice backhand pass to Campbell for the quality scoring chance. It was Campbell’s second goal of the season.
