The Bruins got on the scoreboard in the second period against the Kings on Thursday night with a goal from Matt Fraser.
The play started with a great read by B’s defenseman Dougie Hamilton in the neutral zone. He passed the puck up ice to teammate Carl Soderberg to start a three-on-one opportunity in the attacking zone. Soderberg made a nice pass to Fraser, who unleashed a powerful one-timer that beat Kings goaltender Jonathan Quick. It was Fraser’s second goal as a member of the Bruins.
