Atlanta Braves first baseman Freddie Freeman was among those impacted by the unusual snowstorm in the Deep South on Tuesday. Fortunately for Freeman, Chipper Jones was prepared to save the day.

Jones, who shared a Braves clubhouse with Freeman from 2010-2012, hopped on a four-wheeler and “rescued” his former teammate from Tuesday’s winter storm — and the Atlanta traffic that accompanied it. The mission was captured by Jones’ girlfriend, who posted photos on Twitter late Tuesday night.

Jones’ good deed can be relived in the tweets below. There’s been no word yet on whether he’ll get back after it Wednesday.
