Fenway Park to Host Figure Skating Show Jan. 13 Featuring 2011 U.S. Champ Ryan Bradley

frozenfenwayFenway Park’s transformation into Frozen Fenway has afforded fans chances to see and do a wide variety of unique things at the famous ballpark. Figure skating will be added to that list very soon.

The Red Sox announced Wednesday that the park will be hosting a figure skating show Monday, Jan. 13, at 8:30 a.m. It’s the first time figure skating will be featured at the park, and it will conclude Citi Frozen Fenway, a two-week event including skating, hockey and sledding inside the historic park.

The event Monday morning will be free to the public and will feature 2011 U.S. men’s champion Ryan Bradley. Also included will be synchronized skating team “The Haydenettes,” which won the bronze medal at the 2013 world championships.

Doors will open at 7:45 a.m., and fans can enter through the 20 Yawkey Way entrance.
