Dougie Hamilton’s First-Period Goal A Product Of Good Puck Support (Video)


After falling behind 2-0, defenseman Dougie Hamilton got the Boston Bruins on the scoreboard in the first period of Thursday night’s game at TD Garden.

Good puck support along the wall in the attacking zone, winning 50-50 puck battles and being patient helped create the scoring chance for Hamilton, whose shot from the point found its way past Montreal Canadiens goalie Peter Budaj.
