The Miami Heat had the honor of visiting the White House recently to celebrate their 2013 NBA title, and the team took some time out to help first lady Michelle Obama with her Let’s Move! campaign.
Coach Erik Spoelstra, Ray Allen, Dwyane Wade, LeBron James and Chris Bosh all made appearances in a video with the FLOTUS, where the group talked about the importance of healthy eating, drinking lots of water and exercising. Spoelstra took a turn holding the microphone when he interviewed Wade and Allen on the subjects, while Bosh, James and the first lady had a little fun with videobombs behind the trio.
Toward the end of the video, James sneaked behind the group and set up a mini basketball hoop as the first lady came flying through the frame and laid down a monster jam. Check it out in the video below.
