Mike Trout is athletic, in case you haven’t noticed.
Trout has turned heads in his first two seasons with the Los Angeles Angels, finishing as the American League MVP runner-up behind Miguel Cabrera in both years. Even at age 22, Trout might be the best player in Major League Baseball.
But while Trout’s feats on the diamond are enough to validate his athleticism, there’s always Instagram to slap a cherry on top. The video below, which Trout posted Wednesday, shows the outfielder’s incredible leaping ability. Trout, who begins standing flat-footed on the ground, jumps up onto a shoulder-high platform like it’s nothing.
