Those sessions are nothing compared to what Denver Broncos and Seattle Seahawks players will experience Tuesday during Super Bowl XLVIII Media Day at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J. History suggests that players get asked the wildest questions five days before the Super Bowl.
Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman likely will be the star of Tuesday’s media day. The cornerback’s face has barely left TV screens since he made the game-winning play at the end of the NFC Championship Game against the San Francisco 49ers.
It will be tough to top the Top 10 wildest media day moments, however. We’ve seen talk show stars dressed up as kickers, quarterbacks proposed to and the same player questioned about a murder and performance-enhancing drugs 12 years apart (hmm, who could that be?).
