Anyone who watched the New York Jets’ season of Hard Knocks knows all about Rex Ryan’s penchant for snacks.

The Jets coach handed out a few on Friday, manning an ice cream truck in Times Square as part of the NFL’s lead-up to Super Bowl XLVIII.

The game is being held at Ryan’s home stadium in East Rutherford, N.J., but don’t expect him to brave the cold (or not-so-cold) temperatures to watch it in person.

“I was going to but I decided to punt on that one,” Ryan told For The Win. “I’d love to go if my brother’s coaching in it but other than that, nah. I’ll be like a regular fan and watch it at home.”
