NESN will televise the AHL All-Star Game live at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday after bad weather forced the postponement of the Boston College-Georgia Tech men’s basketball game that previously was scheduled to air.

The BC-Tech game now will be shown on NESN at 5 p.m. Thursday.

The AHL all-stars will face off against Färjestad BK of the Swedish Hockey League at the Mile One Centre in St. John’s. Providence Bruins winger Ryan Spooner, who has 11 assists in 22 games with the Boston Bruins this season, originally was named to the the AHL All-Star team, but he’ll be unavailable to play Wednesday.
