One of the most popular tweets from Super Bowl Sunday was a political jab and ode to football all in one.

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton used football language to indirectly mock FOX News, a network that has given her tough coverage throughout her political career.

With more than 54,000 retweets, Clinton’s tweet definitely made a statement, but her press secretary, Nick Merrill, assured that it was all in good fun.

“It was good-natured, light-hearted and self-deprecating,” Merrill said in an email to USA Today.

She might not be revealing her presidential ambitions, but at least Clinton kept Sunday’s audience entertained.
