Larry Fitzgerald is sticking it out with the Arizona Cardinals.

The wide receiver tweeted that he restructured his contract with the team Tuesday morning.

Fitzgerald was set to make $12.75 million in 2014 with a salary-cap hit of $18 million. Fitzgerald’s contract ran through 2018, but it was only guaranteed through 2015. By restructuring, Fitzgerald likely shifted his bonus money down to 2016, 2017 or 2018.

The New England Patriots reportedly had interest in Fitzgerald last offseason but never contacted the Cardinals. After restructuring, there’s little incentive for Arizona to trade Fitzgerald.
