djlawNational Signing Day is an exciting time for high school athletes, but it was three times as thrilling for one Haines City, Fla., prospect.

D.J. Law apparently had a hard time making up his mind so he signed letters of intent for three different schools this year. Ole Miss and Utah are both claiming to have received a letter of intent from Law, who also signed with East Mississippi Community College.

Ole Miss announced the signature at 8:23 a.m., while Utah didn’t make it known until 3:36 p.m., although the school said they received the letter earlier in the day. Whichever school validated the letter first would boast the official National Letter of Intent, which could lead to some potential awkwardness for Law.

Local TV station Bay News 9 showed Law putting on a Utah hat during his signing ceremony on Wednesday.

An Ole Miss spokesperson said the university is looking into the situation.
