The Boston Red Sox might not feature as many beards in 2014. But clearly, the folks over at Sony didn’t want to take any chances.
“MLB 14: The Show,” which will be the ninth entry in the “MLB: The Show” video game series, captures the Red Sox’s famous beards in amazing detail. The bushy beards are so realistic, in fact, that they actually are a little creepy.
Mike Napoli’s beard is the most notable, but Dustin Pedroia and Ryan Dempster also feature incredible facial year in this year’s game. Now, it’ll be interesting to see what type of updates are provided if the Red Sox go with, say, Mohawks this season.
