Former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez is being held without bail in the Bristol County House of Correction awaiting trial for the June murder of Odin Lloyd.

On Wednesday, Hernandez was sued by the families of  two men who were shot and killed in Boston in July 2012, per The Boston Globe’s Ben Volin.

Hernandez is being investigated by police for any possible involvement in that double murder, but he has not been criminally charged at this point.

Earlier in the week, Bristol County Sheriff Tim Hodgson confirmed that Hernandez was involved in a jailhouse altercation with another inmate.
