Snoop DoggThe Oakland Raiders might be Snoop Dogg’s favorite football team, but that doesn’t stop him from giving his beloved Raider Nation some harsh criticism from time to time.

His No. 1 team needs to “fix their stigma,” he told Bleacher Report.

“I hate to say it, but that’s where you go when it’s over with,” Snoop said. “That’s like a retirement home for football players. When you’re ready to end your career, you’ve had bad luck, you go and sign with the Raiders.”

The rapper and avid football fan attended the NFL Scouting Combine to announce his new role as director of football development with Adidas. He also announced the company’s plans to award $100,000 to the player who ran the fastest 40-yard dash while wearing Adidas’ AdiZero 5-Star 40 cleat.

Snoop wasn’t all negative about his team, however, adding that he would like to see the Raiders keep Terrelle Pryor as their quarterback next season.
