Baylor is doing well at making itself the Oregon of college basketball uniforms.

The Bears (via Adidas) have a new look for this year’s March Madness, with the fresh design continuing the sometimes eye-crossing tradition of other Baylor jersey alterations.

This time, Baylor is taking it one step further and changing the lettering across its players’ chests, replacing the school name with Baylor’s battle cry “Sic ’Em” for the Big 12 and NCAA tournaments. (And don’t worry — the neon is still there.)

Baylor, just 8-9 in the Big 12 (20-10 overall), has some work to do to ensure the new unis get seen this March.

Check out the uniforms in the photos below.
