Bruins Top Rangers To Sweep Season Series For First Time In 31 Years (Video)

The Boston Bruins earned their first victory since the Olympic break Sunday night, defeating the New York Rangers 6-3.

Gregory Campbell potted two goals, and Tuukka Rask stood tall between the pipes, making 39 saves as the B’s snagged a W to avoid their first three-game losing streak since last year’s Stanley Cup Final. The Bruins also accomplished something that Milan Lucic was ecstatic about after the game — they earned their first season sweep of New York in 31 years.
