Claude Julien Wins 300th Game As Boston Bruins Head Coach (Video)

The Boston Bruins defeated the Phoenix Coyotes 2-1 in Thursday night’s game at TD Garden to give Claude Julien his 300th career win with the Original Six franchise.

Julien, who joined the Bruins before the 2007-08 season, is the second-longest-tenured head coach in the Eastern Conference behind Detroit Red Wings bench boss Mike Babcock. Boston has won 40 or more games in five of the six non-lockout seasons in the Julien era.

The legendary Art Ross is the Bruins’ all-time leader with 361 victories as head coach.
