beerA group of hockey fans in Idaho are suing CenturyLink Arena in Boise, home to the ECHL Idaho Steelheads, after discovering the stadium’s “large” beer actually contains as much brew as their “small” beer, but costs $3 more.

According to the Associated Press, the lawsuit states CenturyLink “defrauded customers” by charging $7 for the brewski that comes in a tall cup, but $4 for the smaller, wider cup of beer that holds the same amount of liquid.

Four fans filed the suit and are seeking $10,000 in damages.

Moral of the story: Don’t mess with hockey fans and their beer.
