Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay was arrested over the weekend on charges of drunken driving and possession of a controlled substance, and he spent most of Monday behind bars.

After he was released, Irsay — who is very vocal on Twitter — tweeted a thank you message to all those around him for their support.

Irsay reportedly has struggled with substance abuse issues in the past, but in October he tweeted he hadn’t had a drink in 15 years.
