Tuukka Rask, Patrice BergeronBoston Bruins center Patrice Bergeron has been named the NHL’s second star for the week, the league announced Monday.

Ottawa Senators center Kyle Turris and St. Louis Blues forward T.J. Oshie were named first and third stars of the week, respectively.

Bergeron tallied five goals last week, including the game-winning goal against the Chicago Blackhawks on Thursday night, along with one assist. The Quebec City native is second on the Bruins in goals (27), third in points (56) and tied for fifth in assists with linemate Reilly Smith (29). Bergeron’s plus-36 rating ranks second in the NHL, and his faceoff percentage of 58.8 ranks third. The centerman’s 954 faceoff wins top the NHL.
