Baltimore Ravens reserve offensive lineman Jah Reid was arrested early Sunday morning in Key West, Fla., and charged with two misdemeanor battery counts after getting into an altercation at a strip club, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office and Key West police department, via the Baltimore Sun.
According to police, Reid and another man, Benjamin Buxton, got into a fight at the Red Garter Saloon with “several other people.” Security footage showed Reid getting bumped into by another man and Reid head-butting, punching and kicking him in response.
When security officials tried to intervene, police said Reid began punching them.
Reid was released Sunday on $2,000 bail.
The 25-year-old is heading into his fourth season with the Ravens. The former third-round pick out of Central Florida played in 10 games in 2013, but started none.
