Decker, one of the top free-agent receivers, met with the Jets on Wednesday. The 26-year-old spent his four seasons in the league with the Denver Broncos, and he had 87 receptions for 1,288 yards and 11 touchdowns playing with quarterback Peyton Manning in 2013.

Although the Jets missed out on a potential reunion with cornerback Darrelle Revis as he agreed to terms with the Patriots, the deal with Decker fills one of their biggest needs and bolsters their receiving corps.
